Barbara A. Clifford, MD

The “ability to have an impact in people’s lives from the youngest ages has felt both critically important and professionally challenging while bringing tremendous personal satisfaction,” states an impassioned Dr. Barbara Clifford. Dr. Clifford was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, where she also received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati (1983), after gaining a BS degree from Boston College. Her Children’s Hospital Medical Center residency kept her in her home town as did her private practice until 1990. At that time, she moved to Winston with her husband and joined Robinhood Pediatrics where she has served patients here for two decades and now enjoys second generation patients. Dr. Clifford and her husband have two children who are very active in athletics and school. One favorite of the kids she served is her last name – Clifford. More than once have they arrived hoping to see a big red friendly dog!
